LCP is the mandated local government association created for the purpose of promoting and protecting the interests of 145- member cities. The LCP serves as the unified voice of practice sharing and strengthening internal and external linkages to lift nation out of poverty. Pilot colleges and universities located in major Philippine geographical locations: NCR, Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.

DFA-FSI Basic Mandarin Language

For those who may need crash courses for DFA diplomats to be dispatched in Philippine embassies and consulates in China. Foreign Service Institute is the training division of the Philippine Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA)
